1000 SERIES

Truck Mountable or Demountable Unit

The 1000 Series is gravity-fed and was designed to have fewer moving parts and be lighter than the original series. It is the newest model of patching machines, is the simplest to use and has very low maintenance costs without the loss of performance. It can be mounted on a truck chassis or trailer depending on the size of the hopper. Delivery rate for each type of unit is a minimum of 2.4m³ per hour.

1000 Series - Standard Features

Hopper *Standard sizes range between 1m3, 2.5m3, 3m3, 4m3, and 5m3
Emulsion Tank up to 1,000L capacity
Water and Kerosene Tanks can be pressurised or pumped subject to requirement.
High Volume Air Blower (Robuschi or similar) for aggregate flow, heavy duty rotary positive displacementblower with direct drive and separate airline silencer.
Easily Accessible Controls full engine controls at rear of unit. Safety shut down for high temperature or low oil and blower overload. Key stop. Throttle control at nozzle.
Patented Aggregate Feed System pneumatic jet-distributor with no moving parts. Aluminium nozzle and steel spray ring.
Auxiliary Engine (Isuzu or similar)
Heating Heat exchanger in emulsion line.
Placement Boom / Delivery Hose with jet distributor unit 3.4 metre boom with 310-degree operation. 4.4 metre placement hose
Operator’s Nozzle Holder
Low-Noise Enclosures and air flow silencing
Paint Colour standard yellow or white but can be bespoke-coloured to any RAL reference requested.

Demountable unit options

The demountable system gives enormous flexibility, making the Jetpatching unit interchangeable with other key fleet vehicles i.e. sand & salt spreader box. Using just one chassis for the whole fleet can cut costs and also reduce the amount of storage space required.

1000 SERIES - 1Cum

Rapid Repsonse Unit

With all the same, great features of the larger models but in a smaller, more nimble machine the ‘One Cube’ is THE new, essential element of any highways repair fleet. Ideally suited for use as a ‘first responder’ vehicle to FIND & FIX and MAKE SAFE the most urgent defects while simultaneously logging and reporting less urgent repairs to be added to scheduled repair programmes. Combining two functions in each cost-saving dispatch.

2500 SERIES

Truck mounted units, 5 - 8 m3 capacity.

The 2500 Series is conveyor belt driven, designed to be mounted on a truck and ranges between 5-8 cubic metres capacity. Ideal for larger repairs the 2500 series also has the option of a surface dressing. Delivery rate for each type of unit is a minimum of 2.4m³ per hour.
